Your domain (like yourbusiness.com) is purchased in your own account and paid for directly with the registrar, so it always stays in your name. We help connect it to your finished website. The prices below are rough estimates for planning; please check the current registration and renewal price before you buy.

Ownership and accounts
You stay in control of your accounts. Your domain, hosting, and other third-party accounts stay in your name. You choose and pay for the services you need, and we help connect them to your finished website.
You own and manage
- Your domain and hosting account, including renewals and usage charges.
- Your Google accounts and any form, email, booking, store, payment, or newsletter services your project needs.
- Account security, billing, backups, and content updates after handoff.
We build and hand off
- The website in your approved proposal, plus help connecting your chosen accounts.
- Launch checks, including a test to confirm your contact form delivers messages.
- Your final website files and handoff instructions after final payment.
For your security, please do not send passwords. If access is needed, we will request a secure temporary invitation when the time comes. Third-party software, fonts, and images remain subject to their own licenses. Ongoing maintenance and subscription management are not included.

How it works
To make the process as easy and streamlined as possible, we will outline a clear plan and timeline that fits your project before work begins, so you know what to expect.
Share your vision
Pick Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond, or request a quote if you are not sure. Tell us about your business, goals, budget, and preferred timing.
Build the foundation
Review and approve the written proposal, including scope, timeline, and price. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. Then share your business details, content, photos, and logo files, and set up any accounts your project needs in your own name.
Launch your website
Review a preview of your website and send your requested changes together, within your included revision rounds. The remaining balance is due after final approval and before your website is launched and handed over to you.
Grow your presence
We then help connect your accounts, test everything, and provide your files and instructions, so your finished website is yours to share with customers.

How long will my website take?
Most projects are planned for about 2–4 weeks, though this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Timing depends on the project scope, how quickly materials and feedback come in, and account setup. Your written proposal will include the schedule.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, contact information, prices or hours, and any written content, logo, photos, or style ideas you have. Please only send materials you own or have permission to use. Silver and Gold include help with writing content, so just let us know what is missing.
How do revisions work?
Bronze includes 1 round of revisions, Silver includes 2, and Gold includes 3. A round is one combined list of changes to the agreed design and content. Extra rounds, new pages, or new features can be quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Who owns the domain, hosting, and Google accounts?
You do. Your domain, hosting, and other third-party accounts stay in your name. You choose and pay for the services you need, and we help connect them to your finished website. We do not manage renewals or subscriptions for you.
When do I pay, and is this a subscription?
It is not a subscription. Your website is a one-time project. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. The remaining balance is due after final approval and before your website is launched and handed over to you. Hosting, domain renewals, and other third-party charges are paid directly to those providers and may renew.
What happens at launch?
After final approval and payment, we help connect your domain and hosting, test that everything works as agreed, and provide your final files and handoff instructions. We also send a test message through your contact form to confirm it arrives.
What if I need changes or maintenance later?
Your project includes a complete website build and handoff. Future edits, new pages, or added features can be quoted separately whenever you need them. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring are not included, and you are free to use any provider. After handoff, you manage your accounts, renewals, backups, and content updates.
What does Gold cover, and are results guaranteed?
Gold includes the booking or store setup outlined in your proposal, rather than an unlimited custom system. Provider subscriptions, payment processing fees, advanced integrations, and extra work are separate. We cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, or other business results.
What happens after I send a request?
We review every request personally and reply with any questions and next steps. Sending a request does not commit you to a purchase. If the form shows an error, please use the email option instead.
